Shipping

Once an order is placed, please allow 2 full business days for the product to ship prior to contacting us.  Herbalicity only ships within the United States of America.  Flowerzy offers free STANDARD shipping on all orders $25.00 USD and up via USPS.  All orders will come with a “Notice to Post Master / Law Enforcement”.  We do not include a copy of your purchase receipt in the package. 

All orders are shipped according to the shipping preferences of the customer at the time of purchase.  Flowerzy is not responsible for theft, loss, damage, or seizure of any order that has left our possession and in the hands of the shipping service (i.e. USPS).  However, if you experience any issues in regards to the shipment of your order, we encourage you to visit the USPS website and inquire.  https://www.usps.com/help/contact-us.htm
